General information
Set-up and dismantling times must be agreed with the hotel in advance. Due to local conditions, only one lorry may be parked on the forecourt at any one time, as otherwise the access road (including the fire brigade access road) will be blocked.
Deliveries can be made at the earliest one week before the start of the event. Small shipments can be accepted at no additional cost. Larger deliveries require the booking of a workshop room (40 m²); 50% of the room rental fee will be charged for this.
An exclusive exhibition is possible in the Shedhalle (below the gallery and visible). Alternatively, the exhibition can be placed in the Comfort Lounge (Exhibition Concept S).
F&B services provided by exhibitors must be agreed in advance with the hotel. Depending on the scope, a corkage fee or a flat-rate cancellation fee may be charged.
A lifting platform can be provided upon prior request. Use is strictly under the supervision of the hotel.
The hotel provides suitable adhesive tape in various colours for masking carpets and floors. For reasons of floor protection, the use of your own adhesive tape on parquet and carpeted areas is prohibited.
Free storage is not available on site.
Furniture is not included in the costs listed.
The disposal of rubbish and packaging material is not included in the listed costs and will be charged separately. The type and scope of disposal must be agreed with the hotel in advance.
During set-up and dismantling, all vehicles must be parked in the underground car park.
