Conference packages at the Kongresshotel Potsdam

We provide filling, healthy snacks and refreshing drinks during the breaks to keep a clear head during your conference. A special offer is a regionally inspired, seasonal buffet in the Shed Lounge. Of course, we also cater to individual requests. Vegan and vegetarian snacks, gluten-free products and fresh produce from the region are standard. Relax for a moment in the cozy lounge and start your event invigorated.

For every conference, we offer a suitable package at the Kongresshotel Potsdam. The prices are valid for a minimum of 10 persons as well as per person and per day, including room provision according to the number of persons and Value Added Tax.

Green Business – The Sustainability Package

Healthy meetings and environmental protection. Our aim is to offer guests the opportunity to hold meetings in a healthy, active and environmentally friendly manner. To this end, we ensure the high quality of the products we offer, a focus on fresh and wholesome food, and the most economical use of resources. With our range of active health activities for conference breaks, we aim to contribute to protecting the environment and the health of our guests. By using fresh organic produce, sourced primarily from regional suppliers, we avoid long transport distances and reduce CO₂ emissions.

Provision of a conference room with seating appropriate to the number of attendees and plenty of natural light
Standard technical equipment including a projector with energy-saving Eco Mode technology
Environmentally friendly presentation materials and a presenter’s kit containing recyclable and energy-saving materials
Provision of writing materials in a central location in the meeting room
Unlimited supply of drinks, including mineral water from a dispenser in the room and organic fruit juices in a central location in the meeting room
Healthy refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon with unlimited drinks (hot and cold)
Lunch buffet made from market-fresh, regional ingredients, plus 1 organic fruit juice and water (0.2 litres)
Optional all-day use of bicycles at a preferential rate of €5.00 per person

Our hotel in Potsdam on Lake Templin is close to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and can be reached directly by train. We also offer on-site parking if you wish to come by car.
