What tasks do you deal with every day in the events department? I deal with the planning, coordination and realisation of events on a daily basis. My tasks include answering customer enquiries and preparing quotations. I work closely with various departments to ensure that every event runs smoothly. I also supervise the events on site. What is your favourite thing about working in the Convention department? My favourite part is the varied and dynamic work in the event sector. I particularly appreciate the creative challenge of developing customised solutions for our customers’ needs and seeing our events become a success.
