The complete list of criteria is updated at least every five years based on a representative guest survey and the wishes and expectations of guests. This ensures that technical innovations and current holiday trends, for example, are taken into account and incorporated into the requirements. The German hotel classification system has minimum and optional criteria, with higher requirements as the number of stars increases. The more stars, the more criteria must be met. Our hotel meets the 4-star criteria with flying colours and also impresses with its modernised feel-good atmosphere.

The classification is valid for three years, after which a re-evaluation is carried out according to the criteria current at that time.
