The perfect partner for presenting your vehicle
The Kongresshotel Potsdam offers the ideal conditions for your vehicle presentation. The Comfort Lounge is a drive-in presentation room that forms the centre of your event. Access to the Kongresshotel Potsdam is free and no problem for trucks. Using a ramp, you can unload your presentation vehicles directly from the truck into the presentation room.
The Comfort Lounge also provides an exclusive event atmopshere that can be partitioned off from the rest of the hotel for you and your guests. A separate entrance with a connected car park gives you great flexibility in planning your event. The spacious event garden and our open foyer allow you to include other areas of the hotel in your event in addition to the Comfort Lounge. We will gladly advise you.
Your vehicle presentation
Easy access from the B1 main road. Trucks weighing up to 15 tonnes can use the hotel drive.
Vehicles can use a ramp for rolling directly off the truck and into the presentation area. There is no need to unload the vehicles onto the road. Delivery using a crane is also possible. Feel free to contact us and discuss the options.

The total Comfort Lounge area provides space for a maximum of 630 people over a divisible area of 1,000 m².

An exclusive car park is available for parking or presenting vehicles in front of the entrance to the Comfort Lounge.
There are enough parking spaces for you and your guests in the hotel’s own underground car park.
Other event rooms
The Congress Hall, the heart of the Kongresshotel, is an ideal venue for events with up to 500 people. It is equipped with state of the art lighting and audio technology, even exceeding the standards of a high-quality event location. Furthermore there are other conference rooms available.
