On our homepage you can quickly and easily enter your arrival/departure date and find out whether there is still capacity available. You can also make your booking directly there. Or you can call us on +49 331 907 74566 for advice.
Of course you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail from us after your reservation or an automatically generated one if you book on our homepage.
The payment options depend on the type of booking. At the Kongresshotel Potsdam we accept various means of payment. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex or cash. We also accept cardless payment methods such as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. The invoice will be issued on arrival or departure.
Cancellation costs vary depending on the booking type. With the early booking and weekend rate, the credit card is charged immediately, and no free cancellation is possible. With the so-called “Best Flexible Rate”, a free cancellation is possible. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge 90% of the room rate. The Potsdam Pirschheide train station is just 200 meters from the hotel. The tram, bus and a regional train stop here. You can obtain timetables and purchase tickets at reception.
You can park your car in our underground garage for a fee. Of course, there is also a limited number of free public parking spaces near the hotel (5 minutes’ walk).
Due to the limited number of parking spaces, these unfortunately cannot be reserved. We will be happy to advise you on the various parking options when you arrive.
You can check into your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival. When you check in, you will receive a coded room card from us. We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Depending on availability, you are of course welcome to stay in our rooms for longer. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reservations department. If you wish to depart later, please let reception know. Depending on availability, you can then move into the room earlier on the day of arrival or use it until 4:00 p.m. on the day of departure for a surcharge of EUR 60.00.
If you have forgotten something in your room or if you are missing something from your personal belongings, please report this to reception.
The Kongresshotel Potsdam offers 2 barrier-free double rooms and 2 studios that are suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities with an accompanying person. The hotel is easily accessible and handicapped accessible with elevators and ramps. Please note that there are some areas that are not barrier-free. Unfortunately, our Wellbeing Area is not completely barrier-free. Although it is possible to access the area without steps, there is no lift to access the pool and some relaxation areas.

If you are traveling with children, we recommend booking a studio. These rooms are particularly large and have several rooms. Children aged 0 to 6 years can stay in their parents’ bed free of charge, including breakfast. For children between the ages of 7 and 15 we charge EUR 20.00 for an extra bed and EUR 11.00/day for breakfast. From the age of 16, breakfast for your child costs 22.00 EUR/day. Children under the age of 16 are only permitted to enter the swimming pool when accompanied by a parent. Please note our children’s swimming times.
At the Kongresshotel Potsdam, we attach great importance to ensuring that our younger guests also feel completely at ease. That’s why we offer various play and leisure facilities for children – both indoors and outdoors:

Yes, Dogs are allowed in the hotel. Here we charge a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per day. Bookings with dogs are possible in selected room categories and subject to availability. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the indoor restaurants and bars. We put a small consolation in the food bowl. However, you are welcome to bring your dog to the outdoor terraces and the open-air bar.
If you have received a keyword or code for booking your room as an event participant, you can retrieve a room from the contingents and book in. Organizers can also make and manage their bookings with the help of a password.

Partnerships are very important to us! The Kongresshotel works together with a wide variety of institutions in and around Potsdam – whether tourist service providers, network partners or Potsdam associations.

Yes, we offer a selection of lactose- and gluten-free dishes at all times of the day. All our dishes are labeled with allergen information. Please speak to us on site about your requirements. If you have complex dietary requirements, please contact us in advance. We will be happy to put together an individual menu for you.
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer such dishes on site. We are happy to recommend restaurants in Potsdam and Berlin.
No, unfortunately your four-legged friend will have to wait in your room. However, your dog may accompany you if the terraces are open in summer when the weather is fine.
Yes, we have a menu with delicious dishes, tricky riddle and little coloring pictures for our little guests.

Treat yourself to a little time out in our hotel’s day spa: look forward to relaxing hours in the wellness and fitness area, cozy towels, and a fluffy bathrobe from our linen package. Quiet waterbeds, soothing herbal tea, and a relaxing atmosphere invite you to unwind. As a special highlight, enjoy 30 minutes of deep relaxation on our sound lounger, already included in the price of €60.00 per person.
The offer is available Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 10:00 a.m. Massages and underground parking are also available upon request.
Please reserve your wellness moment at least one day in advance. The offer is available to guests aged 18 and over.
Our After Work Wellness is ideal for relaxing after a long day. Treat yourself to 4 hours of relaxation in our Wellbeing Area and Fitness Area, including a fluffy bathrobe and towels from our laundry package.

Yes, if you have forgotten your swimwear at home, we have a small selection of swimsuits and swimming trunks available for you at our reception. So nothing stands in the way of your relaxing visit to our pool or wellness area. Just talk to our team – we will be happy to help you.
No, unfortunately you cannot use the Wellbeing Area outside the specified opening hours. However, the fitness area is open 24 hours a day and you can of course also book our lake view sauna individually for your private moments.
Yes, children can always visit our recreation area. We ask for your understanding that we only welcome our younger guests during the “children’s pool times”.
The Wellbeing Area with indoor pool, sauna and treatment rooms is located in the basement of House D. This can also be reached via the basement of House C, past the fitness area. From the direction of living area E, we recommend the connection to house D via the shed hall and foyer.

Dimensions: 15.20 m x 6.40 m, depth: 1.35 m, pleasant water temperature: 30 °C.

Bathing area at Lake Templin:
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the idyllic bathing area on Lake Templin – ideal for those who like to swim outdoors and enjoy nature. The lake is a popular place for a refreshing dip, especially in the summer months.
Please let us know in good time if you are unable to keep your appointment. You can cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hours in advance free of charge. If you cancel later, however, we will have to charge 90% of the treatment price. If you have booked the treatment as part of a package, our General Terms and Conditions apply.
No, food and drinks are not permitted in our Wellbeing Area. You are welcome to use our free water on site or visit our restaurants afterwards.
Cell phone use is not permitted in our Wellbeing Area. Please be considerate. You are in a quiet area.
