Whitsun brunch in Potsdam by the Templiner See

Whitsun is a Christian festival celebrated on the 50th day after Easter. In Germany, it involves various Whitsun traditions depending on the region. In the Lüneburger Heide area for instance, Whitsun tree planting is very popular, whereby two birch trees are connected by a garland of flowers or leaves.

People in Mecklenburg-West Pomerania decorate a Whitsun ox. The Kongresshotel Potsdam has also estabslished its own tradition with its Whitsun brunch. Look forward to culinary delights.
